Please note that the departures shown on the poster are provisional. The final time table will be generated based on demand & passengers’ travel requirements and will be published on Friday 5 August 2022.

How to pre-book for the service in advance:

  1. Pay booking fee (20p* per journey, non-refundable) via our Online Booking Office and receive an invoice number for each journey.
    [*We have to charge £1 and refund the change of 60p by cash]
  2. Fill in an online form to indicate your preferred travelling time and let us know your connecting journeys (if any).
  3. Receive an email / text with your confirmed journey details, and a finalised timetable on Friday 5 August of your confirmed departures.
  4. During the day, show the details to our friendly staff member, pay the fare (£3.8 per single journey, or present your bus pass for checking) and receive a ticket 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
    (*Passengers boarding the bus at North Gate Bus Station / other stops please check the confirmation text / email for the finalised arrangement.)
  5. Present the ticket to the driver when boarding.

Can I book the service on the service day at the bus stop?

  1. Check with our friendly staff member (at Northampton Station ONLY) if there are seats available. Seats may also be released prior to departure time if a passenger fails to show up.
  2. Book a seat on the spot, pay a £1 booking fee, plus the fare (£3.8 per single journey, or present your bus pass for checking) and receive a ticket.
  3. Present the ticket to the driver when boarding.

Update: The minimum amount we can charge is £1. Therefore please pay £1 to book for now and we will refund 60p by cash during the date. Sorry for the inconvenience!
