1. Local bus routes (including “Kettering Catcher” routes operated on Fridays)

• Booking is not required. Just check the timetable and wait at a bus stop / anywhere safe and legal in “hail-and-ride” section.

2. Demand-responsive group travel / bus trips

Please use the online booking system.

Please refer to the trip list and book the correct trips according to the zone of your area.

Notes:

• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Printed booking forms may be distributed on the bus a few after the booking has opened. These forms are sent back to the office. A colleague would then enter the details onto the system and confirm the booking. Passengers are advised to use the online booking portal for instant confirmation of their booking.
• Please use the online system to cancel the booking, if you are unable to make it. Alternatively, passengers can call 0333 188 0591, text 07888 011 891 or email bookings@cmbus.org to make a reservation or change their bookings. The booking line is open from 9am to noon, Monday to Friday.
• Please pre-booked by noon the day before travel to secure a seat.
