Ka, founder of CMB, honoured with ‘Rose of Northamptonshire’ award

Our founder has been awarded the Rose of Northamptonshire Award!

This award is to recognise the contribution of individuals and organisations to the Northamptonshire response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

James Saunders Watson Esq. (Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire), said:

“With the COVID-19 crisis impacting on so many county-wide it is crucial that we pause to take note of those doing exceptional work that hasn’t yet been acknowledged. This award from the public helps put a spotlight on those people and lets them know they have the support of the whole of Northamptonshire.”

Ka Chun Li, Founder and Director of CommMiniBus, said:

“With a bit of luck, we’ve chosen the hardest time to launch our social service, hoping to help elderly villagers get out and about without needing to drive a car. With the support of a group of keen users, our first trial was a success with bookings exceeded our expectation. I must thank everyone who have helped us along the journey, and I look forward to seeing our users on the bus soon!”
