Sharing is caring … Ride share in our stage 2!

Our Kettering Catcher bus has been running for three weeks. In each and every week, we shared not only the ride together, but we also had the joy of having a more active life after months of lockdown and isolation. With your keen support, the passenger number exceeds our initial target! I cannot thank each and everyone of you enough!
A survey is being done to collect feedback from those who’ve used our service. We’ve collected the questionnaire from some users and the result is very encouraging. All users surveyed gave full marks to items regarding cleanliness, comfort and the travel arrangements. However, the survey also identifies the need of exploring alternative destinations to Kettering.
This is why we’re currently designing the next phase of the trial scheme. We’ll pick three destinations and offer two trips for each of them by the end of November, enabling a maximum of 20 users to try out each destination. Therefore, an additional trip on Tuesday 27th October will be provided in additional to the usual Thursday services, during the half term week.
Reservation of the additional Tuesday service will start next Wednesday (21st October) and therefore we’ll email you the finalised itinerary next Monday so you can make an informed decision. (Please note that you can still request to stop at Kettering and users from outside Mawsley may also request to use our service.)
Last but not least, please be assured that we’ll continue to maintain our high hygiene and cleanliness standard for your safety and wellbeing. We will closely monitor the latest government announcements and measures to ensure it is safe and legal for us to operate.

Thanks again for supporting public transport, and I hope to see you one the bus soon.
